Thank you so much for shopping with us. Because each piece is carefully hand-crafted and packaged with love, we want to ensure you are completely delighted with your order. Please read our policy below regarding damages, returns, and refunds.

Damages & Issues Upon Arrival

We take great care in packaging our ceramics securely for transit, but we understand that shipping mishaps can happen.

  • Replacements: If your order arrives broken, cracked, or damaged, we will remake and ship a replacement to you free of charge.

  • What to do: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at glazedngifted@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email and we will start processing your remake.

Returns for Change of Mind

We want you to love your piece. If you receive your item and simply decide it is not the right fit for you:

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered to initiate a return and send it back.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost on their way back to us.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the piece must be undamaged, and securely repacked in its original packaging (or equivalent protective bubble wrap and box).

  • How to Start a Return: Reach out to us at glazedngifted@gmail.com with your order number to notify us before shipping your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the item.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

  • Note: It typically takes 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
